In Design and Technology, Year 3’s design challenge this term is to create a piece of “Wearable Technology” that would help children stay safe. In Computing lessons we learnt to code Micro:bits to make l.e.d. lights flash, scroll and activate when buttons are pressed. We are going to design bike helmets, clothing and accessories, which the Micro:bits could be built into, to make children more visible in the dark.
