For our history topic this term, Year 5 are studying ancient Greece. We have been learning about city-states such as Sparta and Athens and how each state was ruled by either a monarchy, oligarchy or democracy government.
In order to find out about what life was like in ancient Greece, we studied primary and secondary sources of information. We enjoyed using the primary sources of pottery, sculptures and art work to learn about how people lived during this period of time.
