It has been wonderful to welcome the children back to school this week, and it’s safe to say we have had a fantastic first week in Reception. The children have enjoyed exploring their new classroom this week and learning all about the new rules and routines in Reception. It has been new and exciting going for lunch in the dining hall with all of our friends and enjoying playtime outside. We are very lucky to have a new reading and writing area, as well as a brand new sandpit and mud kitchen in our outdoor learning area. The children have thoroughly enjoyed spending time getting to know their new learning spaces and building new friendships. It has been lovely to see the children have settled nicely into their new class and we are looking forward to welcoming them back next week. Well done Reception!
