In our last PSHE lesson, Year 1 learned about what pets need in order to be happy and healthy. This afternoon, we discussed the things that children needed to be well looked after.
Each group discussed the needs of a child of a different age (a newborn baby, an 8 month old baby, a toddler and a 5 year old). We thought about where they slept, what they ate, the clothes they wore, what they did for entertainment etc. and then shared our findings with the class.
