Nursery had a very special visitor today. Joanne from Gateshead Library came in to talk to us about her job as a Librarian and how important reading is. Joanne read us some of her favourite books and after we had read the stories together we sang some Nursery Rhymes and all joined in with the actions. We have been very lucky that Joanne has also brought in some Library packs for all of Nursery to take home which consists of some different books and activities that we can read and do at home with our grown ups. Nursery sat super smart and have really enjoyed having a visitor come into read to us. 📖
