Year 2 have carried out some fieldwork this week to collect data across our school grounds to investigate “Why natural habitats are special.” We completed some ‘sampling’, which means having a closer look at a small area to see the types of plants and animals that live there. We had some interesting results- we found lots of trees, spiders, moss, plant bulbs, woodlice but unfortunately no trolls this time! Well done Year 2!
