This morning, nursery had a very special visitor to tell us all about Diwali. We talked about the story of Rama and Sita and learned that Diwali is a festival to celebrate Sita’s return. Nursery were amazing at acting out different parts of the story. We looked at different animals involved in the story and listened to some festival music. We loved being able to explore the clothes that you may wear, as well as wearing a bindi in celebration of Diwali.
