On Friday 4th October, eight of our girls from Year 5 and 6 took part in a 6-a-side football tournament, competing against other Gateshead schools. The team played 3 matches in a group format on the outdoor pitches at Gateshead Powerleague and won all three of the matches to finish top of their group. In the quarter finals, they were narrowly beaten by the eventual winners of the tournament. The girls were a credit to the school and we are so proud of their skills and conduct during the tournament. Well done girls!
