In our art lessons Year 2 have been learning about aboriginal art. We found out that aboriginal art consists of symbols which tell a story. Last week, we learnt how to draw different symbols and the meaning behind them such as humans, stars, or a meeting place. This week we brought the symbols together to create our own story linked to our family.
