In DT, the children in Year 6 were set the challenge of designing a playground that could be created in school. They researched their ideas and created a plan. The children then measured, cut and joined materials to make structures to create a prototype of their design. The children strengthened their structures to ensure they could stand and then attached them to a landscape.
