In our computing lessons, Year 3 have been learning to compose emails. They have learned how to send and reply to emails which have been sent to them. Throughout the lessons we have looked at the safety aspect of sending emails and how to ensure we keep ourselves safe. We have discussed how to avoid unknown email addresses, and emails sent to us as this could potentially include viruses. The children have enjoyed the achievement of sending an email and having a reply back instantly. The children then created a quiz using their knowledge of using emails safely.
