That History Bloke Workshop
To launch our exciting new Anglo Saxon topic, Year 5 enjoyed a fascinating workshop with That History Bloke (Richard). We learnt about life in an Anglo Saxon monastery and the hugely important role monks played in the local community. We loved exploring the replica Anglo Saxon artefacts and working out what they were used for. We even created writing with quill pens and played a traditional game from days gone by.
