In PSHE this week we have been learning how to get help and the right to speak out to stay safe. We watched the NSPCC online assembly and listened carefully to their important message. We also met Buddy who is a friendly green speech mark who believes that children should be able to speak out if something is making them worried or unhappy.
Buddy wanted us to know that we should speak to a trusted adult so we made a list of who we could talk to.
Buddy also told us that we could contact Childline if we had a worry that we wanted to speak out about. We even learnt a special song to help us remember the telephone number.
Thank you Buddy for showing us how to get help if we need it.
