Year 2 have been reading all about the adventures of Katie Morag which is set in a small island just off Scotland.
Using the clues and pictures from the story, we went on an imaginary walk around the island to explore the sights.
Our job was then to describe carefully where places were on the island or explain what you would see there in case you ever wanted to visit!
Across the week, we have practised building super sentence starters and adding detail by using adjectives. We hope you like our setting descriptions! 😀
