Children from years 3-6 have had the opportunity to be part of the school choir. The pupils have shown real commitment by dedicating one lunch time a week to practise songs in their own time. Each Wednesday, the children have shown up full of smiles and raring to go. They have worked so hard to learn a variety of songs and were thrilled that they got to perform them to different audiences. Firstly, they visited Appletree Grange care home to sing their songs and spread some Christmas cheer. This was very well received and the pupils have been invited back next year! The following day, the children visited Morrisons supermarket to provide the customers and staff with some festive singing. Again, the singing was gratefully received and the children even managed to raise an AMAZING £90.63 towards school funds fore their efforts! Thank you to everyone who put money in the bucket and to those of you who came along to support the choir – THANK YOU!
