In our English lessons, we have been learning about relative clauses.
We have learned that a relative clause is a type of subordinate clause that adds extra detail or extra information about a noun.
We have learned how to add relative clauses to the end of our sentences and how we can use an embedded clause in the main clause. We carried out different activities e.g we cut main clauses and inserted an embedded clause, we played the relative clause game and we have written out sentences and added our own relative clauses.
We now are working on how we can add relative clauses into our independent writing.
