Today, Year 5 and 6 visited Sacred Heart High School to meet the author and Waterstones Laureate Cressida Cowell. We read How to Train Your Dragon in Year 5 so this was a fantastic opportunity to learn more about Cressida and her books. She talked to the children about how and why she wrote books and answered many questions from the children as well as reading some of her new book, Which Way to Anywhere. Many children bought her new book and were able to ask Cressida further questions as she signed them. We were very lucky to receive a signed copy of her book which will be available in our school library too!
