Today we have been learning about the Hindu festival of Raksha Bandhan where brothers and sisters promise to take care of each other. The sister ties a bracelet called a rakhi around her brother’s wrist.
We made our own rakhi bracelets to give to someone. This didn’t have to be a brother or a sister, just someone that you promise you will look after.
