Our rescheduled Science Week workshop took place yesterday. Mel from NUSTEM helped us to all become Geologists for the morning. We learned about how meteorites are formed and then closely observed real meteorite samples. We tested how magnetic each one was, looking at which part of the meteor it came from. We were amazed by how many meteorite craters can be found around the world.
