Today, Year 6 made burgers from scratch choosing their own ingredients. Everyone enjoyed making them and especially enjoyed eating them. They had a range of sauces, toppings, bread buns and other ingredients to choose from.
Over the Design and Technology topic they have researched nutritional information about burgers; have tasted a range of sauces; have evaluated bread buns for their effectiveness as a burger bun; have designed their dream burger and they have prepared their own burger.
