Yesterday, Year 1 and Year 2 had a special visitor in school. Katie from the Dogs Trust came into school along with her trusty sidekick Marshall.
Katie told us all of the things that you need to do to look after a dog properly and to be a responsible owner. We scanned Marshall to see if he had been micro-chipped, and talked about the role of the Dogs Trust.
Katie then did a whole school assembly to talk to everyone about how to care for dogs.
