Lots of our challenges help us to learn how to work together and how to treat others kindly. We are always kind to Rory our class lion and we make sure we take good care of him. When he was feeling lonely we brought in our own animals from home to meet him and we read Rory and our animal a story. He loved it!
We also set each other challenges. We muddle up the numbers on the hundred square and challenge our friend to work out what we’ve done. We test each other to spell our key words, but if our friend gets the spelling wrong we help them. We even worked as a team to fill the jars of sticky marmalade for Aunt Lucy in Paddington Bear.
