In Geography we have learned to identify physical or human features. It was quite tricky at first but now we can sort the cards according to what type of feature we can see. Some children even had a print out of a map of the United Kingdom and they used that to identify physical or human features. Mrs Oram helped us all to learn how to use the key to find the features on a map. We also learned that a book with maps in is called an atlas. We loved being able to look through the atlas – we even found Newcastle in there!
