Reception have been working hard in Maths today. Using the scales, we have been trying to find different ways to make numbers using numicon pieces.
First, we put one numbered piece of numicon in one side. Next we explored, looking for different pieces of numicon we could combine to match the number and make the scales balance. We found out that there are sometimes lots of different ways to make a number!
