When we read the story of Handa’s Surprise we found out that many children hadn’t tasted some of the tropical fruits which are mentioned in the story so Mrs Oram bought them for us to try. Everyone loved the mango and passion fruit, but we weren’t too sure about the avocado, guava or papaya juice. After we tasted them we had to arrange their names into alphabetical order and think of adjectives to describe their taste.
