This term Year 4’s topic has been all about World War II. We have done so many amazing activities to help us understand this time in history. These included: Nick the Chef rationing workshop, researching The Battle of Britain, reading Anne Frank and Friend or Foe, drawing soldiers in action, handling old artefacts and much more.
To end our topic we used all of these experiences to write an information text about WWII for others to learn about it. We tried very hard to use the correct facts and to use precise and effective vocabulary to keep the reader engaged and interested.
