Amazing Adding!

In Reception, we have been learning what more means. We have used counters, play animals and people to show different quantities and identified which was the larger quantity. Next, we played games to learn how to find one more than a number. After that, we moved on to practically adding two numbers together. We played adding Jenga, each player had to remove one block, read the number sentence then used ten frames find the answer to the calculation.
