Melissa from Polar Explorer Project came to do her final session with Year 4 and 5. We learnt all about the oceans of the world by looking at google maps and using the live stream from the Explorers website. We then investigated the density of water and observed what happened to food colouring in a salty solution and applied this to understanding currents in the world’s oceans.
