Group 1 enjoyed making cheese scones on Monday night. First we weighed out the ingredients, then we rubbed the butter into the flour before adding cheese and mixing in eggs and milk to make a dough. Next we used the rolling pins to roll out the mixture before cutting out round scones. The kitchen smelled delicious as they baked in the oven.
