Mr Fitzsimon has been helping us to develop our singing skills in order to perform together as a choir for a Christmas concert in our community.
First, he showed us how and when to breathe in order for the song to flow. Then he explained when to open our mouths wider in order to create a particular sound. He also demonstrated how to stand correctly so our voices can project to the audience.
Mr Fitzsimon was very impressed with how hard we were trying and said our singing was definitely sounding more like a choir. We are really looking forward to showing off our singing ability to the residents of Apple Tree Grove when we will preform a range of Christmas songs for them.
Until then we will keep practising!
