Barley Mow’s first spelling bee was launched today in assembly. To help the children understand what a spelling bee was, we held our own staff spelling bee. Mrs Moons, Mrs Oram and Mrs Docherty competed to spell as many words as possible in one minute. The staff champion was Mrs Oram! Well done to all staff who participated.
Children have been sent spelling lists for their year groups along with letters and spellathon sponsorship forms. Please support your child in learning their spellings for our spelling bee on the 22nd March.
