With our passports at the ready, some of use headed to Australia (on our pretend aeroplane) to find out fascinating facts about this amazing country. We worked wonderfully together in mixed classes helping one another expand our understanding of the world. We investigated Australia’s culture and landmarks and looked closely at aboriginal art. We all agreed it would be a super place to visit… we could see Ayers Rock, Sydney Opera House, relax on Bondi Beach or even explore the Great Barrier Reef.
Well…maybe one day we might go there!
