As part of our Egyptian topic Year 4 visited the Oriental Museum in Durham. We had a fantastic day studying interesting artefacts to find out how they were used during ancient times. We looked at a real mummy and learned all about the afterlife and mummification. It was a super day and it really helped us to understand Egyptian life and their beliefs.
