New School Proposed for Barley Mow!

At the Gateshead Council Cabinet meeting on Tuesday 3rd June, approval was given for proposals to be submitted to the Department for Children, Schools & Families (DCSF) in London which identified our school as being a priority for a replacement building under the national Primary Capital Programme! This could mean that a new school building could open on our site as early as 3-4 years time. We take the view that this should be the next step in the regeneration of our site as full service community facility. Needless to say, we are rather pleased about this news!
