Morrison Facilities Services, the Council partner, are to start work on the barren area next to the car park and the area between the pupil entrances in the next few weeks. We have seen the first area change with an outdoor performance stage, fixed bench seating and space for the placing of our picnic tables. The surface has been finished with chipped bark. The first part of this project is now finished – photos below! (Click on thumbnail to view a larger photo) It has proved extremely popular with our children, who have already organised their own “Barley Mow’s Got Talent” – with judges and everything!
