As it is Health Week we have been keeping our bodies healthy in lots of different ways. This morning Year 4 were also looking at keeping their minds healthy too. We tried to relax our minds by listening to some calming music and practicing some slow breathing. We tried to imagine any thoughts or worries in our minds were just floating away in bubbles. After this we went outside and blew some real bubbles. We ‘popped our worries’ away when we popped each bubble. We also wrote a poem to remind us of ways to relax when we are feeling a bit anxious.
