Year 4 have been learning all about mindfulness and about relaxing your mind and thinking about the present rather than worrying about the future. Everyday we face situations which can cause us to worry but we can learn ways to stay calm and focused.

We listened to a meditation CD and practised breathing techniques, we then shared our worries and even had fun with bubbles to ‘pop each worry away’.

Next we wrote an acrostic poem based on mindfulness – take a look at our ideas.
